Reviews processes and procedures to ensure company compliance with internal policies, procedures, manuals, and standards, as well as external regulatory requirements. Identifies potential gaps and opportunities to improve organizational policies, procedures, and processes as part of the Safety Management System. Performs evaluations, provides guidance to management, and conducts risk-based reviews to ensure effective risk controls and corrective actions.
The analyst ensures effective and efficient transactions related to sourcing services. This is achieved through building relationships with suppliers, assisting in cost negotiation, awarding, and contracting—ultimately helping the company grow and become more profitable. The primary responsibility is to run RFx events (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) to support the supplier selection process and awarding. This role will be performed in Warsaw.
